It’s a line we don’t cross — and won’t let anyone else cross either.

We don’t ask for your real name. We don’t care who you are out there. Inside the signal, only your presence, your vibe, and your intention matter. Still, access requires some data. And we treat that data not as product — but as a secret.

• 1. Who Holds Your Data
  NΛKT is not a company. It’s a movement. Your data is held by the small core behind the signal. They don’t profit from it. They protect it. You can reach them through the official website or via encrypted email.
• 2. Age Restriction
  You must be at least 18 years old to apply. This is not for children. It’s for those who’ve faced the dark — and still stepped in.
• 3. What We Collect (Minimal by Design)
  - The alias (codename) you choose
  - Your age range
  - General location (city, not full address)
  - Email / Phone (only if accepted)
  - Instagram or social link (to verify you exist)
  - Application answers
  - IP address and timestamp
• 4. Why We Collect
  - To select the right people
  - To protect the community
  - To contact you if you’re accepted
  - To comply with data laws (GDPR / KVKK)
  - To understand — anonymously — who responds to the signal
• 5. Who Sees It
  - Core Admins (full access — 2 people)
  - PR Evaluators (limited — no contact info)
  - No one else. Ever.
  Your data is never sold, rented, or fed into tracking systems.
• 6. How We Protect It
  Data is encrypted and stored via Google Firebase and Google Analytics. We don’t own the servers — but we control the gates. All access is logged.
• 7. Data Retention
  Your data lives for the duration of the event cycle. After that, it’s anonymized or deleted.
• 8. Cameras & Captures
  Events may be recorded — not for fame, but for memory. You are never tagged. Your face or name is never shared without your consent.
• 9. Communication
  If accepted, you may receive updates via email or message. No spam. No ads.
• 10. International Data Transfers
  We use global services. Your data may cross borders. Everything is handled according to GDPR/KVKK laws.
• 11. Cookies & External Tools
  We don’t set cookies directly. But third-party tools like Firebase and Analytics may set them. We don’t track or store any behavior. Those tools may collect limited browser data.

  We only send the signal. We don’t watch you.
